An impressive 82 arch railway viaduct, 1166 metres long and notable for being the longest brick built viaduct spanning a valley in the United Kingdom

Though an important area to provide water to surrounding areas, like many Reservoir's it provides leisure facilities and wildlife opportunities. You can visit and relax with a walk or partake in an activity such as cycling to fishing and waters sports.

Located on the south side of the Reservoir with a an 18 hole championship course of 6846 yards and a separate 9 hole course. There is clubhouse, bar and food available.

A 16th century country house with stunning gardens and sculptures within the surrounding grounds. There are also regular events including thefamous Burghley Horse Trials, one of the worlds greatest equestrian events

Located to the west of the reservoir, the protected wetland area and a a Site of Special Scientific Interest is an internationally renowned reserve. Though there is a large population of bird life, other wildlife also thrives in this special habitat. There is a Visitors centre on site.

A Medieval bishops manor house and later converted to an almshouse for the poor, the property can now be viewed wialong wmall herb garden & gift shop under the care of English Heritage

Wymondham Windmill is a beautifully restored historic windmill located in the town of Wymondham, Norfolk, England.
