The Cove is deep set with high cliffs giving it good shelter. Virtually no beach at high tide otherwise a good sandy beach and not too busy.

Located south of Tintagel near the village of Treligga the overlying coast is Rocky but Tregardock Beach is sandy (with some rocks) when the side recedes. A bit of a trek to this beach some steep sections so not generally busy
