The Blue Cow South Witham

Under the ownership of the National Trust, this seemingly old but not unusual 17th century manor house was in fact the family home and birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton. The orchard and apple tree where he had his eureka moment on the theory of Gravity still stands

Though an important area to provide water to surrounding areas, like many Reservoir's it provides leisure facilities and wildlife opportunities. You can visit and relax with a walk or partake in an activity such as cycling to fishing and waters sports.

Wymondham Windmill is a beautifully restored historic windmill located in the town of Wymondham, Norfolk, England. The windmill features a museum with a range of exhibits and interactive displays that showcase the history of the mill and the local community. Visitors can climb to the top of the windmill for a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

Located to the west of the reservoir, the protected wetland area and a a Site of Special Scientific Interest is an internationally renowned reserve. Though there is a large population of bird life, other wildlife also thrives in this special habitat. There is a Visitors centre on site.

Located on the south side of the Reservoir with a an 18 hole championship course of 6846 yards and a separate 9 hole course. There is clubhouse, bar and food available.

A local tourist attraction, an ancient Oak tree reputed to be Englands oldest oak tree 1000 years plus.
