A narrow gauge railway with the main station by the car park for the National Slate Museum of Wales an other nearby attractions. The small team railway runs along Lyn Padarn and towards LLanberis Village.
A somewhat hidden falls though it is signposted within the village to walk to . The Snowdon mountain railways passes over it and you will hear the roar or the falls before seeing it.

The main station within Llanberis village to start the 4 mile steep accent of Snowdon to the summit via a narrow gauge rack and pinion rail line. The line uses a mix of traditional steam engines and newer diesel engines. There is a large car park adjacent.

A museum, with lots to see, open air exhibits, a giant waterwheel and under cover exhibitions off machinery used in the production and maintenance of slate. There is also a cafe on site (next to Llanberis Lake Railway)
Located South West of Llanberis and it is possible to walk from the village, a mountain with large near flat slopes that are prone to high snow levels, and a walk you can also reach Snowdon summit via an alternative route.
