Lillium House is a family home on a working farm, opened up to guests. Come and stay in a house with a touch of luxury in every room. Walk on a silk carpet and enjoy the mahogany bedroom suit in the 'Margaret' room. Or, stay on the top floor with fantastic views of the Cleveland Hills and county Durham. All the beds have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and you have a choice of feather or anti allergy bedding. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms or you can help your self to beverages in the kitchen at any time and take advantage of the built in Miele coffee machine which does produce rather nice Lattes and cappuccinos. Breakfast is served in the family dining room around a large oak table, you'll be served home made sausage and local dry cured back bacon on your breakfast. As you'd expect there are cereals and toasts too. The sitting room, with it's log burner is for you to relax in during the evening if you wish. Choose a book and read infront of the fire or take a DVD to bed to watch on the television.

Lillium House is within easy reach of the A1M and A19. Only half an hour from Durham, Middlesbrough and Darlington, to name a few, and 10 minutes from the village of Sedgefield. You'll find coffee shops, gift shops, boutiques and salons in Sedgefield. St Edmund's church marks the centre of the village and is steeped in history. Hardwick park is good for a nice walk, is has a lake and lots of wildlife.
