This beautiful Victorian Villa has been extensively renovated and restored, opening as a Bed and Breakfast in March 2018. Fernleigh was built by a local ship owner and later sold on to the Archbishop of York forming part of the diocese estate until the mid 1990's. We have 3 rooms with sea views over the bay towards Ravenscar, 1 can be either a twin or a supersized king size and is 1 of the 2 rooms which make up our family suite. Of the other 2 sea view rooms one is a standard double and the other a kingsize. We have 1 room with a view of the garden and beyond towards the most northerly Vineyard in Britain. Each of the 4 en-suite rooms have been individually designed to show off as many of the original features as possible whilst ensuring that they meet the needs of today’s traveller. The rooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's, hairdryer with super long cable so no matter where you plug it in you'll be able to see in the mirror, tea and coffee making facilities, homemade cake and soft fluffy towels. The bathrooms each consist of a rainforest shower and complimentary toiletries. There is also free wifi throughout. The Breakfast room is home to a stunning Victorian fire...
