Near Padstow - a sandy composition 2.1 miles away. On the western side of Trevose Head. Set in a deep cove, with fine sand and a sheltered position, also an AONB Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The central apart of the beach is fine sand flanked by low rocky cliffs either side. A natural pool is left at low tide on the cliff side - care should be used when scrambling over the rocks.

Newtrain Bay / Rocky Beach

Near Padstow - a rocky composition 2.1 miles away. Located west of Padstow, near Harlyn Bay. Newtrain Bay beach is also refered to Rocky beach. Predominately a rocky beach as the name suggests with only small areas not covered in rock. Parking is at Trevone nearby and then follow the South West Coast path west.
