Near Boscastle - a rocky and shingle composition 4.2 miles away. Mostly rocky with extremely poor access. We have however included this beach as there is a large grey seal colony nearby and you can sometimes see this from Buckator cliff / south west coastal path

Wide expanses of sand which reveals rock pools at low tide, it is therefore excellent for the young ones with both an opportunity to play in the sand and explore the marine life in the rock pools. surfers also frequent the beach for its Atlantic swell though care should be taken as the high tide can obscure rocks beneath the surface.
