A spectacular steep road pass with high rock cliifs either side and often with sheep grazing along the roadside. Speedwell Cavern can be found at the foot of the pass. The pass runs from nearby Casttleton to the base of Mam Tor.
An impressive cave within the village itself, walk though narrow streets with a small steam running down the centre to be greeted with a huge cave entrance. Tours into the cavern are run regulalry
